Objective:
This survey assesses the availability, use, and efficiency of agricultural machinery used by farmers in the province.
Methodology:
- Field inspections and farmer interviews are conducted to document the types of machinery (tractors, harvesters, plows) used and their maintenance.
- Machinery ownership, leasing patterns, and fuel usage are also recorded.
- Application: The data helps in understanding the mechanization level of the agricultural sector, promoting modernization, and planning for subsidies on machinery.
